What we are offering

Reporting to:
Practice Manager

Location:

Leicester or Nottingham office with some home working (max 50%) and travel to other offices

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, with core hours between 10am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to project teams (document control, issuing drawings, invoicing, project records)
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager, other Practice Administrators and the wider Operations Team to share best practice
  • Act as a first point of contact for visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls including dealing with project queries where appropriate
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of projects within teams by working closely with Studio Leaders
  • Following procedure to set up new project records accurately
  • Organise and schedule meetings and events
  • Book training and travel arrangements on behalf of other staff
  • Ensure office standards are implemented, audited and supported; provide QA oversight for document naming, systems and procedures
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Maintaining stocks of supplies
  • Maintain studio standards of tidiness and standards of H&S within the office
What we’re looking for
  • Confident communicator with excellent written & spoken English
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive and keen to learn
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in office software (eg Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office)
