Training Officer – Clydebank, Glasgow (Permanent & Maternity Cover)
Atlas Next Wave is recruiting for two full‑time Training Officer posts. The roles are based in Clydebank, Glasgow, Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
Both positions involve coordinating with colleges and handling administrative duties related to a cadetship programme. We are looking for candidates with previous seagoing experience and, preferably, training‑setting experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous seagoing experience
- Experience in a training environment preferred
- Ability to commute to Clydebank
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cadetship arrangements with colleges
- Handle administrative tasks for the cadetship programme
- Support staff and stakeholders in training activities
