We have an opportunity for two part-time Business Support Officers within Children’s Services. The roles are for 18.5 hours per week. This exciting post will be working within our new ‘One Children’s Service’ which encompasses both Education and Social Care. As such, there will be a huge variety in terms of duties to be undertaken and knowledge gained from within a forward-thinking and highly supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the service and have good administrative skills, including IT, minute taking, and general office administration. A sound knowledge of Microsoft applications would be an advantage. In addition to this, the candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise work, be organised and committed to providing an excellent service in a challenging and fast paced environment.

- Experience of dealing with a range of enquiries both on the telephone and face to face.
