Project Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Rate: £18 per hour

Lasswade - EH18 (Hybrid working available after initial training)

12 January – 6 March (with potential to extend)

Hours:

30 hours per week (4 days per week or part-time across 5 days)

Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to support a company-wide people project for a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Issuing and collating responses to letters using agreed templates
Extracting recruitment and people data from internal systems and summarising findings
Maintaining data integrity across Excel store sheets
Testing scenarios within test systems
Supporting reporting requirements and general administrative tasks

Key Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience summarising information clearly for reporting purposes
Mail merge experience is highly desirable
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks, with flexibility as the project evolves
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately

Working Arrangements

Based at Head Office in Lasswade
Once fully trained, remote working 1–2 days per week is available
