Transactional Services Officer – Associates and CSSU Team

We are recruiting for the role of Transactional Services Officer in our Associates and CSSU Team covering the Coventry area.

There is one permanent position and one secondment until 31/09/2026.

This role is part of a team based from our office in the National Business Centre in Coventry with a mix of working from home and in the office. You will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.

About the role

As a Transactional Services Officer you will provide a strong supportive backbone to the organisation by delivering highly effective and efficient transactional services that facilitate innovation and expertly transform a range of inputs into high‑quality outputs. This equips front‑line staff with the resources to champion the best interests of children involved in family proceedings.

Joining our Associates and CCSU Team you will help to support the smooth running of our services, including some of the following tasks:

  • Allocating cases to self-employed Associates Family Court Advisers
  • Raising contracts for Associates Family Court Advisers
  • Completing all administrative tasks and updating records as required
  • Sending costs approval to Service Managers
  • Sending cases for closures to Service Managers and the local team
  • Recording entries on spreadsheet as appropriate
  • Supporting effective service delivery of the organisation by dealing with Associates enquiries over telephone and email
  • Completing planning together referrals for parents
  • Completing attendance and non‑attendance
  • Processing DNA requests
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle highly demanding situations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Excellent team player
