Our client is looking for an experienced Directorate Support Officer

General duties of role

Working in a team of directorate support officers (full time, 5 day / week, 36hr/wk, can work from home and in office.

Reports to Business & Performance Manager

Roles:

Supporting executive director and department directors with diary management, meeting management, minutes, actions, inbox management, coordination of activities

Skills Required

1. Exceptional planning, organisation and coordination ability in high paced environment

2. Advanced experience using Microsoft applications (outlook, teams, SharePoint, excel, word, PowerPoint)

3. Ability to adapt work and communications across multiple stakeholders both internal and external at all levels

4. Ability to work in high profile, fast paced, ever changing environment in calm and effective manner highly resilient

5. Ability to proactively take action to activities with minimum guidance / support

6. Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information
