Office Manager
Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our client, a healthcare marketing company, is searching for an Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations in its Bergen County office while also supporting key People Operations functions. This is a hybrid role: onsite Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with Fridays working from home. Travel is minimal. The position is full-time and non-exempt, so it is eligible for overtime.

Inthis role YOU will:
Manage vendor relationships and contracts (cleaning, pantry, maintenance, security, repairs) and leases for office equipment.
Track office and engagement spend, manage purchase orders and invoices, and look for cost savings.
Maintain org charts and the HR intranet, and help with HR administration and reporting.
Partner with HR and IT on onboarding and offboarding: workspace setup, access and logistics.
Keep reception, the kitchen and conference rooms clean, stocked and guest-ready, and order supplies, snacks and drinks.
Plan and run catering and events, from meetings and client visits to team lunches, holidays and bring your child to work day.
Build simple, scalable processes as the organization grows.
Is personable, proactive and solutions-oriented
Is highly organized and welcoming to employees and visitors
Stays calm under pressure
3+ years of office management or office administration experience
Experience managing vendors, supplies and office events
HR administrative experience, such as onboarding, org charts or HR systems, a plus

Our client offers a base salary of $60,000-$65,000 plus overtime eligibility, excellent benefits (a choice of medical plans including an HSA with a company contribution, dental, vision, a 401(k) with a company match, two weeks of paid time off and 12 paid holidays), a company closure between Christmas and New Year's, summer Fridays that end at 1pm, and a people-first employee experience.
