Salary: Up to £28,000 base +

The Role:
As a Business Development Consultant
, you'll be a key part of our growth engine connecting with business leaders, understanding their challenges, and showing them how Citation’s solutions can transform their operations.
- Outbound sales

Reach out to potential clients across key sectors - Consultative approach

Understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions - Appointment setting

Secure quality appointments for our field sales team - CRM management

Stay organised and data-driven with a modern sales tech stack - Target smashing

Hit and exceed individual KPIs and team goals - Cross-team collaboration

Work with marketing and sales leadership to refine strategies and messaging
- A proven track record in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting
- Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
- A resilient, self-motivated attitude

- Up to £28k base salary + uncapped commission –
