What you'll do:

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports for senior management and governance boards.

Test and implement new HR system developments, including Health & Safety and Occupational Health upgrades.

Ensure data security and integrity through robust validation routines and analysis.

Develop clear procedural guidance and train users on HR systems.

Provide expert reporting and insights to support strategic decisions across the organisation.

What we're looking for:

Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience

Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Experience with HR systems and data management.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
