Business Intelligence Analyst (12 month FTC)

In this role, you will lead the delivery of data analytics across multiple business areas, focusing on identifying key opportunities and risks across regulatory, financial, and customer experience processes. You will apply a range of analytical techniques to interpret data, identify anomalies and root causes, assess data quality, and recommend improvements that drive meaningful change.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support senior stakeholders and guide strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with teams across the business, present your findings confidently, and help shape improvements to systems, processes, and reporting. Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
