- Act as the key communication point for service providers, hauliers, and customer RDCs, ensuring effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Support service providers in meeting customer requirements, operational standards, and service‑level expectations.
- Assist the Country Manager and procurement team with date‑code information required for packing at source.
- Review and verify invoices from service providers and hauliers with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks within processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Maintain updated records, documentation, and reports to support operational transparency and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and address them pragmatically.

- High level of organisational discipline and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced and time‑sensitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in daily tasks and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and confidence working with data, systems, and digital workflows.
- A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- An opportunity to play a key role in a growing, customer‑focused business and help shape our operations in the UK & Ireland.
- Close collaboration with the Country Manager and direct influence on operational performance and process development.
- An agile, growth‑oriented environment with short decision‑making pathways and room for your ideas.
- A committed, multilingual team with a strong sense of responsibility, quality focus, and collaborative spirit.
- A competitive compensation package, 20 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays (or time off in lieu), and a company pension scheme.
