Job Description:Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid - Primarily Work from Home (6-8 days per month in office - London or Bedfordshire, TBC)
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £50,000 per annum OTE £75,000

- Deliver new business sales in the UK, selling SaaS screening services to meet business needs and objectives.
Job Duties:
- Sell EBC products in the UK market.
- Report on new innovations to add value and increase sales.
- Find innovative ways to meet targets.
- Contribute to team goals and meet deadlines.
- Travel to meet potential clients.
- Support team goals through collaboration.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and account management teams.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
- Provide onboarding documentation.
- Develop ideas for product promotion.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to products and sales.
- Create promotional materials.
- Analyze competitors and report SWOT analysis.
- Attend promotional events.
- Engage with customers to identify needs and address concerns.
- Follow internal administrative and accounting processes, suggesting improvements.
- Experience in business development and acquiring new clients.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to present and demonstrate products to prospects.
- Proficient with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
- Confident using Linked In and Sales Navigator for research and contact management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities.
- Positive, adaptable, solutions-focused attitude.
Remote-first role, with up to 8 days per month in the office (London or Bedfordshire, TBC).
