Job DescriptionThe role provides strategic insight, guidance, and support to GBUs, Program Partners, and Customers on Circularity and Sustainability. It focuses on uncovering needs/opportunities and developing aligned solutions, working closely with GBU MTs, Program Managers, NBD, Account Managers, and the Group Sustainability Center of Expertise.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Develop and refine GBU Sustainability & Circularity strategies based on market insights.
- Collaborate with NBD and Program Managers to identify sustainability and circularity needs for new and existing partners and customers.
- Lead discussions with partners and customers, turning concepts into tangible, actionable steps.
- Support GBU Commercial teams on sustainability‑ and circularity‑related opportunities and transactional structuring.
- Lead partner assessment processes in partnership with Program Managers and Risk domain.
- Assist GBUs and Product Management as SME for sustainability‑ and circularity‑related products.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties and industry bodies.
- Support strategic marketing campaigns, publications, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Solid experience in building and delivering innovative solutions to partners and customers.
- Strong commercial execution background, preferably with international exposure and financial structuring.
- Deep understanding of DLL’s business model and diverse market channels.
- Passion and knowledge of sustainability and circularity topics, including carbon emissions, biodiversity measurement, and circular business models.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and saying “no” when needed.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a commercially engaging role within a matrixed environment.
- Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Sustainability and Circularity.
- Two paid days per year for local charity volunteering.
