Business Development Executive - Health & Social Care

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for our Health and Social Care business unit. You’ll be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, cultivating relationships, and negotiating deals that contribute to the organisation's overall success.

You will be identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and maximising revenue generation. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Business Development Executives, specialising in Health and Social Care, are instrumental in driving business growth, fostering innovation and creating opportunities that propel the company forward in today’s dynamic marketplace.

Your key responsibilities are likely to be:

  • Increase sales leads by reaching out to stakeholders
  • Being aware of the current market and identifying emerging trends and untapped markets
  • Find and retain new clients to increase revenue and business growth
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and build relationships with current clients
  • Work closely with employers to understand their talent development needs
  • Promote the benefits of upskilling members of the workforce, whilst emphasising the value of on-the-job training, thus having a positive impact on retention and productivity

Where will I be based?

This is a home-based role, with some travel required for team meetings, exhibitions and company events. This will be discussed with you further in your interview.
