** Branch Development Manager

** Key Responsibilities**:
* Drive growth in the Power & Telecoms sector across the South of England.
* Build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, DNOs, and Tier 1 clients.
* Spot and secure new project opportunities with our civils solutions.
* Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and training.
* Represent the business at client meetings, events, and trade shows.
** Required Skills and Experience
*** Proven sales or business development experience in civils, utilities, or power infrastructure ideally.
* Strong technical knowledge of Power & Telecoms products and applications.
* Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills.
* Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working independently.
* Flexible to travel across the South of England.
