Clymac's Maintenance Business Development Managers

As a Maintenance Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities while maximising value from our existing client base. You will work closely with internal teams and prospective customers to promote our maintenance offering and position us as the supplier of choice within the Fire & Security sector.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of maintenance opportunities by identifying potential clients, building relationships with decision‑makers to position the business as the preferred provider for fire and security maintenance services
  • Engage with current clients to understand their systems, compliance obligations, and wider safety needs. Recommend relevant upgrades, additional service lines, or enhanced maintenance packages that improve system reliability while increasing contract profitability and customer value
  • Work closely with the Installation and Projects teams to ensure that newly completed system installations transition smoothly into maintenance agreements. Present the benefits of ongoing preventative servicing, ensure customers understand compliance requirements, and secure long‑term recurring revenue
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end bid process for large PPM tenders, presenting commercial value propositions, and manage deadlines. Ensure submissions are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer specifications and industry standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high‑value accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and build trusted long‑term relationships. Conduct regular reviews, resolve issues promptly, analyse contract performance, and identify opportunities for service expansion or contract renewal
