We are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team, managing key client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the business
The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will take full ownership of existing client relationships, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to deliver outstanding service, maximise budgets, and identify opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing day-to-day client activity and ensuring timely delivery of all projects
- Maximising client budgets and providing regular progress reports
- Developing incremental business opportunities within existing accounts
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating closely with internal departments, including Operations
- Preparing and delivering client briefs, reports, and presentations
- Leading team meetings and supporting the development of junior staff
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
You are a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll be proactive, organised, and skilled at managing multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail.
Essential experience and skills:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or retail (manufacturer, retailer, or agency)
- Proven success in managing and growing client accounts
- Strong financial and budget management experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven approach
- Competitive salary of £38,000 + 20% OTE
