A leading e-commerce support company in Greater London seeks a Strategic Customer Success Manager to develop a portfolio of existing clients and support their international expansion. This role requires 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. The compensation package includes a fixed salary of £60K to £65K, bonuses ranging from £5K to £10K, and RSU benefits.
Remote work is allowed two days per week.
