My client is seeking an ambitious and customer‑focused Professional Services Consultant to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work closely with customers, deliver high‑impact solutions, and play a key role in client success.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with business objectives.

• Deliver professional services to customers across implementation, onboarding, and optimisation projects
• Act as the technical and functional point of contact during project delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer where required
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and customer expansion
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication

• Previous experience in a Professional Services, Consultancy, Implementation, or Technical Consulting role
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑focused mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
