Working Hours:

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to take ownership of our regional professional services categories across EMEA. In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement activities, manage key supplier relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage regional professional services sub-categories, driving strategic initiatives and value creation. Lead category management activities including market analysis, sourcing strategy development, and complex negotiations. Oversee supplier performance, ensuring delivery excellence and resolving performance issues as needed. Act as the primary regional point of contact for EMEA stakeholders, providing procurement expertise and support. Manage the full procurement cycle for professional services, from sourcing and supplier selection through to contract execution.
Support stakeholders across EMEA with sourcing projects, market insights, and supplier recommendations. Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts including MSAs and SOWs. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Collaborate with the global procurement team on category strategies, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.
What Were Looking For Experience in procurement/category management, ideally with professional services. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. Contracting experience (MSAs, SOWs) and familiarity with sourcing processes.
