As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships through consultancy‑based sales in a B2B capacity alongside continuously maximising growth opportunities. You will currently be working in an account management role and have a proven track record of growing sales through a book of clients.

With the sales and marketing team based in the UK, this role will be based out of our London Office. Account Managers will be expected to work on a hybrid basis in the office Tuesday – Friday and work from home on Mondays providing a suitable work from home set up.

What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building long‑term relationships.
• Understand client goals and challenges to offer proactive, tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to drive satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion

• Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities and drive growth within your existing portfolio.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations to support renewals, expansions, and success planning.

Operational Consultancy

• Advise clients on global employment best practices, compliance, and workforce strategy.
• Support clients in effectively using our technology platform through training and enablement.
• Help design operational processes that align with client goals.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management

• Own and resolve client issues end‑to‑end, collaborating across internal teams.
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Continuously improve account operations to enhance service delivery.

We’d Love To Hear From Someone That

• Has 2+ years of experience in account management, recruitment, HR, or payroll sectors.
• Has a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Is self‑motivated, commercially minded, and confident advising clients.
• Demonstrates strong digital communication skills and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

£35,000 (£50k‑£60 OTE) | Mon – Friday | 9:00 – 17:30 | Full Time | Office‑based Tuesday‑Friday, with remote work on Mondays. | Permanent | London
