You’ll manage & support the franchise contract framework and operations across the Individual Franchise Operations team and be responsible for governance and Delegation of Authority requirements across the corporate franchise business. - Collate, prioritise and manage governance agenda – store agenda and cross‑reference.
- Manage contracts database and work with Bird & Bird to ensure version control and up‑to‑date status.
- Collate, prioritise and manage site sponsorship meetings; ensure all outcomes are recorded and aligned to internal processes.
- Collate and manage development days to monitor renewal process and partner expectations to contract.
- Ensure agreements are live and in place with all partners and details are easily accessible for changes in procedure, change of law etc.
- Forward updated approved Delegation of Authority forms with relevant approvals for administrator to log in the relevant contract file ready for when required for signature.
- Expert with knowledge and a history of experience in a similar role.
- Visionary who can see three steps ahead to put bold plans in place.
- Communicator with the passion to share ideas – and make them happen.
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas. We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in‑person to bring our bold ambition to life.
