Role SummaryWe’re seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated individual to join Sky’s Resilience, Readiness and Response team. The role focuses on supporting the operational resilience, readiness and response programme, ensuring documentation is well‑documented, clearly communicated and aligned with the company’s objectives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to convey key information and support Sky’s overall resilience strategy.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Operational Resilience team to produce, update and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring alignment with Sky’s strategic objectives.
- Develop high‑quality presentation materials and reports for senior leadership, summarising programme progress, challenges and recommendations.
- Standardise templates, processes and formats for resilience documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across departments.
- Gather necessary information for resilience materials from stakeholders, keeping all documentation up‑to‑date and aligning with best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, guidance documents and procedural manuals supporting the operational resilience programme.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards that communicate key resilience metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
- Participate in the team’s On‑Call programme on a rotational basis, providing timely response to incidents and facilitating efficient resolution outside regular business hours.
- Support the team’s use of Artificial Intelligence by creating materials to assist training and testing of multiple business areas.
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience and Crisis Management, including experience applying resilience frameworks, incident response structures, escalation processes and continuity planning.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to create clear, concise, compelling documents and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong writing and editing skills – ability to draft professional, polished materials that simplify complex ideas.
- Attention to detail – keen eye for consistency, accuracy and format in all documentation and presentations.
- Self‑starter attitude – proactive in managing tasks and timelines, working independently and iteratively to meet high standards of delivery.
- Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple tasks, keeping documentation current and aligned with programme requirements.
- Collaborative mindset – ability to work with various teams to ensure documentation reflects input from all stakeholders.
- Solution‑oriented – comfortable identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to documentation processes.
- Degree in a related field such as Business or similar discipline.
- Experience producing professional documentation or materials for internal/external stakeholders.

Sky adopts a hybrid working approach with flexible office space and remote work options. The role includes a rotational On‑Call responsibility (one week per rotation).
