Role Description

This is a part‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Leicester with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage account strategies, and ensure successful project delivery. Proactive communication with clients, identifying and addressing their needs, and maintaining strong partnerships are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating between cross‑functional teams, monitoring project performance, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation’s mission to promote inclusivity and diversity.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, account strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and independently
  • Familiarity with inclusivity, diversity, or neurodiversity awareness strategies is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in time management and multitasking to handle diverse accounts effectively
  • Prior experience in project management or a similar role is a plus
  • Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
