  • Evaluate supplier performance related to lead times, fill rates, and order accuracy.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for inventory reduction initiatives and markdown optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management and supply chain analytics.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in retail inventory analysis, planning, or a related supply chain role.

  • Experience with inventory management systems (IMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment, managing tasks and collaborating virtually.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the retail sector, understanding of retail dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
