• Monitor community sentiment and address concerns proactively and effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant social and environmental regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sociology, Public Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility, preferably within the mining or extractive industries.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful community engagement plans.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles and frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
