Position: Senior Product Manager, Data Experience (Remote - US and Canada)

Candidates must already have work authorization in their country; no visa sponsorship is offered. Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year (US-based); CAD 160,,000 per year (Canada-based). This is a senior product management role at a growing software company that builds business management tools for landscaping, tree care and other green industry service firms across North America. The company pairs its software with hands‑on onboarding and customer support.

You will own the data experience for customers, covering the data foundation, the analytics and reporting features, and an AI chat assistant that answers business questions. The goal is one connected experience where chat, dashboards and reports work together.

Responsibilities

• Define the data the platform captures, and how it is organized, cleaned and kept accurate so that analytics and AI features rely on trustworthy information.
• Own the roadmap and rollout of the AI chat assistant so customers can get fast answers about their business.
• Own the analytics and reporting experience, combining dashboards, reports and chat into one cohesive product.
• Work with product leadership on strategy, then turn it into a clear, prioritized roadmap, including in unfamiliar areas.
• Map how customers run their businesses and identify the metrics and insights that matter most to each type of business.
• Lead execution with a dedicated cross‑functional engineering team, measuring success by customer and business outcomes rather than feature output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as a product manager at a SaaS company, with a record of shipping features that create measurable impact.
• Strong business analysis skills, including breaking down top‑level metrics into the drivers behind them.
• Ability to work independently and make progress where the path is not yet defined.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, and strong empathy for users.
• Nice to have: experience with analytics platforms, data modeling, or building AI chat or AI platform products.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
