This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.? The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Sales Support Analyst plays a critical role in assisting the sales team by providing analytical, operational, and strategic support. This role involves tracking sales data, generating reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. The Sales Support Analyst works closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize sales performance and drive data-driven decision‑making.

Tasks are a mix of data coordination and event coordination as well as having a creative edge in sharing Paylocity Sales success both inside and outside of the company. Being intuitive to needs and operating with a high level of maturity and critical thinking skills will be crucial to achieving success in this role. The Sales Support Analyst will work with the Sales leadership team to review current processes and analyze data to identify areas of improvement, propose changes, and work with the appropriate team to implement the changes.

• Develop and maintain regular sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), revenue goals, and sales forecasts.
