Climate Door is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Finance Coordinator to join as a part-time, contract role with remote work flexibility. You will own invoicing, contractor payments, vendor management, and contract tracking, while building scalable processes toward an Operations Manager scope.
You will collaborate with the COO, ensuring timely financial statements, accurate expense coding, and adoption of our tools like Quick Books Online, Dext, Asana, and Notion.
