GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist to manage exhibit fulfillment, invoicing, and overall expo logistics in a fully remote role. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure accurate floor plans, timely confirmations, and effective exhibitor communications.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in marketing operations or event support, proficiency with ExpoFP/Map Your Show/Expocad, Salesforce, and Cvent, and strong organizational skills for a global program.
