Ship Bob is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to bridge Revenue Operations and field execution. You will design, operationalize, and improve go-to-market programs that drive pipeline, sales productivity, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Rev Ops to translate strategy into structured programs and measure impact. You will own the program calendar, define plays, implement in Salesforce and other tools, and lead planning cycles with Finance and GTM
