Supply Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Supply Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own critical supply and partner operations that support the company's marketplace-like ecosystem. You will help scale contributor coverage, improve onboarding and support, and strengthen pricing and staffing decisions across multiple environments. The position also partners closely with the platform team to advance self-serve tools and improve operational efficiency in a fast-moving, AI-enabled setting.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

• Build and maintain a portfolio of partner businesses across multiple environments
• Expand the contributor base and explore new geographic markets
• Manage the geo rate card for pricing and project staffing
• Forecast capacity for delivering services in specific environments
• Enhance contributor experience through effective onboarding and support
• Collaborate with the platform team to develop self-serve supply tools

• 5-7 years of experience in early-stage marketplace operations
• Experience in recruitment, pricing, and retention strategies
• Strong understanding of automation and AI systems
• Proven track record of successfully closing business partnerships
• Numerical proficiency in cost modeling and analytics
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive and operational staff
• Bonus: previous involvement with AI labs or training data pipelines
