Project Manager - Business Process Improvement

• Lead the planning and execution of business process improvement projects across the organization.
• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus on process changes.
• Oversee the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Champion change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of improved processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business process improvement (BPI) or business analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work remotely within South Africa.
