Remote Flight Operations Analyst

• Conduct root cause analysis for operational irregularities and safety incidents, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with flight operations teams, safety officers, and management to implement data-informed strategies.
• Monitor regulatory compliance related to flight operations and ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
• Develop and refine data models and analytical tools to enhance the depth and breadth of operational insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Python (Pandas, Num Py), R, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of flight operations, aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, ICAO), and safety management systems.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences remotely.
