Due to internal promotion, a privately owned Main Contractor, specialising in the new build care home sector, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 2 projects in the South.
Coming from a proven track record of on time completions on care home jobs on JCT, up to 12M, you will be respnsible for leading site management teams by example, ensuring that program is adhered to as well as liaising with the client.
This company has an 80% repeat business ratio, enjoys high employee retention and provides challenging career paths for its staff.
Travel is part of this role, due to the nature of the work involved.
