Commutable from Doncaster , Hull , Beverley , Leeds , Selby , York , Grimsby , Scunthorpe, Bridlington , Sheffield RATE : £30 - £40 ph PAYE or Ltd Co. (outside IR35) available

THE ROLE :
Our client is an established and well respected multi
-disciplinary consultancy. This is a long term freelance opportunity ( 18 - 24 months) for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a large multi million pound Highway project in Yorkshire. The role will be a mix of office , site and some working from home and will be 40 hours Monday to Friday. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :
Significant previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on Civils projects. Applications are welcome from experienced QS's with either client side or contractor experience

Experience of NEC 4 Min HNC/HND level of relevant Construction/Quantity Surveying qualification.

Experience of producing detailed cost plans, ensuring the project stays within budget and meets financial targets The ability to review appraise, and report on main contract and sub-contract tenders. This includes evaluating bids, assessing their suitability, and providing recommendations to decision-makers.
