Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team working on the MoD framework. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £60m.

With a turnover of over £1bn, our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups, operating across the education, defence, custodial, commercial and leisure sectors and offering the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious projects ranging from £5m to £100m. The initial projects involve working on local RAF bases under the MoD framework, consisting of new build and refurbishment projects with a pipeline of work in the region valued at £400m+.

They are also partners on several frameworks including MOJ, P22/P23+ Department for Education (DfE) and have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years with a full order book for 2026 and into 2028.

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
