We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our small but dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone currently working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role who is ready to take the next step. You will support the Lead QS and work closely with Contract Managers to manage multiple contracts, ensuring accurate cost control and client satisfaction.

• Manage commercial activities across multiple EST contracts.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and change control documentation.
• Liaise with Contract Managers and attend client meetings (in person and via Teams).
• Conduct occasional site visits and travel to other offices (e.g., Stilton/Leighton Buzzard).
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to dispute resolution where required.

• Previous experience in a commercial role, ideally as an Assistant QS.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Driving licence essential (travel required).
• QS qualification desirable but not essential—experience and capability matter most.
