Interim Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor | £45,000-£50,000/year  45p per mile | Full time (3-Month FTC) | Start date ASAP Your new company We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor for a temporary assignment covering a wide patch from Wolverhampton West through to Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects within the military and defence sector, providing essential surveying services across a large geographical area.

Your new role As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of professional surveying duties, including but not limited to:
Conducting stock condition surveys (main focus of the role) Carrying out pre-project surveys Preparing specifications and offering technical support Diagnosing building defects and undertaking building pathology Ensuring quality control across all projects This is a hybrid, remote role with travel across the designated patch. The initial contract is for 3 months, starting in January, with potential for extension and even a permanent opportunity.
