Job Description:

The Home Office Subcontract Administration Manager (SAM) has the duty to:
Coordinate a team of Subcontract Administration Engineers (SAE) to check in detail the accounting submitted by Subcontractors for unit price Subcontracts.
Instruct Subcontractors on administration procedures, including preparation of accounting, evaluation of extra works, and payment certificates.
Review and approve Subcontractor's Interim and Final Payment Certificates, obtain approval signatures, and authorize invoicing.
Ensure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages, and subcontract closeouts are processed in accordance with procedures.
Prepare and update the Construction Subcontracts Administration Monthly Report (CSAMR).
Collaborate with the Site Manager to assess claims and assist in settlement processes.
Requirements:
At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within Engineering & Construction companies, preferably in Oil & Gas or Infrastructure industries.
Multidisciplinary knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Insulation works.
High flexibility and availability for medium to long-term assignments abroad.
