• Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
• Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
• Support project reporting and cost forecasting
• Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
• Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

• Established SQS with primarily residential experience
• Proven ability to manage large projects independently
• Proven ability to manage a small team
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Ambition to grow within the business

• £75,000 - £95,000 DOE
• £4,500 car allowance (discretionary)
• Employer pension contribution 5%
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
