- Manage end-to-end estimating and quantity takeoffs for commercial/civil projects.
- Prepare bid packages and coordinate subcontractor bids.
- Review drawings using Bluebeam, Excel, Revit, and Heavy Bid.
Requirements:
- 10+ years commercial/civil estimating experience preferred.
- Strong Bluebeam/Excel skills; familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, RSMeans is a plus.
- Fluent English and availability during US Eastern Time hours.
- $2,000–$3,000 USD monthly compensation.
- Fully remote for Latin America candidates.
- Mentorship from a 35+ year construction expert.
