Overview

This is not a multi-account role . As our Senior Creative Strategist, you will be the strategic and creative lead on a single, high-tier luxury beauty client investing £100k+ per month in paid media . You will own the end-to-end creative strategy, acting as the bridge between brand, performance, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Ownership & Strategy: Own the end-to-end creative strategy for one premium luxury beauty brand, taking full responsibility for creative direction, performance outcomes, and brand consistency.
  • Creative Direction: Define and evolve the brand’s creative direction across Meta-first performance channels, ensuring creative drives results without compromising luxury positioning.
  • Framework Development: Build and refine creative frameworks tailored to luxury consumers, aligning messaging, formats, and narratives with different stages of the customer journey.
  • Ideation & Execution Leadership: Lead ideation, scripting, hooks, and storyboards, setting the creative vision that designers, editors, and creators execute against.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, video editors, creators, and performance marketers to ensure creative is strategically sound, flawlessly executed, and performance-driven.
  • Performance Analysis & Iteration: Analyse creative performance, extract insights, and iterate strategically to continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
  • Client Partnership: Act as the day-to-day creative lead and trusted client partner, confidently presenting creative direction, insights, and learnings while guiding the brand forward.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Senior-Level

    Experience:

    4-5+ years of experience in creative strategy within a performance-driven agency or brand environment, ideally across beauty, fashion, or luxury DTC.
  • Luxury & Brand Sensibility: Strong understanding of luxury consumers, premium brand positioning, and how to balance aspiration with performance marketing.
  • Performance Creative Expertise: Deep experience building and scaling Meta-first performance creative while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate insights into compelling narratives, scripts, and creative concepts that resonate emotionally and convert.
  • Data-Led Decision Making: Highly comfortable using performance data and insights to inform creative strategy, testing, and iteration.
  • Leadership & Communication: Confident communicator who can lead creative direction internally and act as a trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.
