This role is based in our 5 Howick Place London office.

The Video Creative Director will be part of the in-house production studio leading a team of creatives to produce various types of social‑first video including interviews, social formats, sizzle reels, explainers and event coverage. The ideal candidate will consider themselves a creative who uses video and moving images to bring content to life.

This role reports into the VP Creative Operations as part of the wider Studios content creation team.

Key requirements :
  • Translate briefs into high‑quality and achievable creative visions
  • Champion creative excellence ensuring work is culturally relevant, strategically sound and shareable
  • Inspire, mentor and manage a team of video creatives fostering a collaborative high‑performing culture
  • Oversee team resourcing in agreement with the VP Creative Operations including hiring and onboarding new talent and freelancers
  • Create an environment where creatives thrive balancing creative freedom with commercial effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the business
  • Lead and deliver creative pitches
  • Responsible for ensuring a high level of craft and production is applied across the work

Qualifications :
  • A creative leader from a video background
  • 10 years experience
  • Previous experience managing a large team fostering and developing creativity practices
  • A portfolio / showreel of work across different channels
  • Deep understanding of platforms, culture and trends
  • Exceptional leadership skills that drive creative excellence
  • Strong storytelling abilities
  • A hunger to push creative boundaries while ensuring work drives real‑world results
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of video production
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
