Allianz Partners is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Advisor to join its Sales and Service team. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

• Shift Pattern
  :
  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm
  • Sunday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
  • Includes 1 in 5 weekends and bank holidays

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Provide solutions and advice on policy upgrades
• Conduct medical screenings when required
• Maintain accurate policy records and notes
• Ensure timely follow‑up and customer communication

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A–C)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Calm and empathetic under pressure
• Passion for customer service
• Comfortable working varied shifts and from home

• Experience in remote or contact centre environments
