Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote role that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional support to our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions are answered, issues are resolved promptly, and overall satisfaction is achieved.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure seamless service delivery.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer support software, email, and chat platforms.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage.
Flexible remote work schedule with the ability to cover shifts, including weekends if required.
Standard working hours: 8 hours per day
, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support.
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult situations.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
