Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and empathetic Work-from-Home Customer Service Specialist to support our Singapore-based clients. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions through email, chat, and phone channels. Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via chat, email, and calls.
Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, services, billing, and technical issues.
Provide accurate and detailed information in a professional manner.
Escalate complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.
Document interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
Meet performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Identify trends in customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the operations team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with online communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk.
Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask between applications.
A customer-first attitude with attention to detail and professionalism.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or support-related role.
Experience in remote customer support or e-commerce environments is advantageous.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a service mindset are encouraged to apply.
Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday).
Shifts may vary to accommodate Singapore business hours.
Weekend or holiday support may be required on a rotational basis.
Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
