About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Housing Officer to add value to the Association's busy Customer Services Department. This role will be part of a job share with another Neighbourhood Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage one of our Housing Hubs within the Perthshire area, whilst supporting other neighbourhoods as required.
  • Manage a broad range of landlord services including all estate/neighbourhood management, tenancy enforcement activity, income management, customer engagement, lettings, void and responsive repairs management.
  • Accountable for monitoring budgetary spend and performance across your housing management area.
  • Work independently and manage a busy caseload.
What you will bring
  • Experience working within a fast‑paced social housing environment delivering housing management and frontline services to a diverse range of customers.
  • Team player, committed to achieving positive service outcomes and delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills and a commitment to making each tenant feel heard and respected.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.

The Neighbourhood Officer is a Hybrid Role, which means you will work flexibly from a range of sites including working from home, at Caledonia Group Offices (based in Dundee or Perth), or on a mobile basis to be near customers or assets. Travel throughout our areas of operation will be required for this role.
