German Speaking Customer Support Representative

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? Were looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our international customer support team.

You will handle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partners and customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

German:
Native or C1 level

English:
Minimum B1 (for internal tools and communication)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, digital environment
