Job Opportunity:
Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site & Remote Options Available)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🪪 Eligibility: EU Citizens Only
Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens
! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service in Italian
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:
- If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
- If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
- Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
- Fluency in Italian (spoken & written)
- Good level of English
- EU citizenship is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
